We will replace or refund any faulty goods at our cost. In other situations we have a "Fair Go" returns policy, we understand that sometimes you may select the wrong size or item and are happy to replace within 14 days with another item as long as the item is new and unused and you agree to any extra postage costs for the exchange.
GoHorse guarantees the quality on all rugs sold and will replace or refund any faulty products. Simply contact us to an obtain a refund authorisation for the refund and then post back to us and we will replace or refund and reimburse postage costs. GoHorse in not able to replace goods as a result of normal wear and tear and can not replace or refund goods returned without authorisation.
Our policy on wrongly selected goods is that we will replace your purchase with a product of the same value however you will need to cover all additional postage costs. We will only accept returns within 14 days of dispatch and the products must be in completely unused and new condition that can be resold. Rugs should be tried on over a clean underrug, soiled and dirty rugs can not be returned due to health reasons and will be returned to you at your cost.
Where orders are cancelled after postage any postage costs that are incurred will be the responsibility of the customer this will include the original costs to post the item and cost to return the item to Gohorse.
